lead time & delivery

Standard lead time is approximately 12 weeks, as each piece is fully hand painted to order.

Upon notice, the order can be picked up at our flagship store in Paris, 12 rue de Tournon.

If you wish to have the order shipped directly to your address, shipping costs will be added. Any import taxes and duties applicable in your country will be charged directly to the recipient upon delivery.

Marie Daâge dinnerware are created with fine porcelain 100% made in France, which is one of the most solid. All dinnerware collections are dishwasher safe using gentle energy efficient air-dry cycles. It is advisable to choose the lowest washing temperature, the least abrasive detergents by avoiding soaps and detergents containing citrus scents or additives, or to put half the recommended dose.

Do not to over-tighten the plates in the dishwasher to avoid shocks and friction during washing. Hand wash oversized pieces. If porcelain can be washed in the dishwasher, as for any fine pieces hand washing is the best assurance of longevity. Pieces with gold or platinum accents are not suitable for the microwave.
